NWA Celebrates International Happiness Day for Second Year

About 20 people showed up last night for an International Happiness Day celebration our new home in Fayetteville, AR and announced the ‘relaunch’ of the NWA Happiness Club.

I had put the club on a hiatus until I learned more about what the Happiness principal was. After three months of coaching with Dr. Aymee Coget of San Fransisco, I feel better about giving people resources in learning how to live happier lives.

Someone asked me if following the Happiness principals had made a difference in my life. My answer? “Absolutely!”

Since last year, I’ve gone from living an apartment to sharing a new home, which is where this party was being held,  with my long time girlfriend and her boys, and have increased my income just by not dwelling on negativity and focusing on positive aspects of my life.

Are you ready to learn about sustainable happiness?

Monthly NWA Happiness Club meetings will begin again in August. You can follow on Facebook for more updated information.

Thanks to all that attended, won some free club t-shirts, and made it an extra Happy day!

Be sure to check out the links at the bottom of the page for more information about Happiness.

NWA Celebrates International Happiness Day

International Happiness Day is a day where everyone around the world participates in making the world a happier place! Today, we’re celebrating in NW Arkansas. Click here for more information.

Founded by Liberto Pereda of Portugal in 2008, Ambassadors from each country are spearheading initiatives to encourage people to participate in this memorable day.

The US Ambassadors are Dr. Aymee Coget, CEO of The American Happiness Association, Eva Gregory & Jeannie Gabilinni, Law of Attraction Experts. A list of worldwide Ambassadors are located at the Facebook group page here: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=10644279659

Here in Northwest Arkansas, we wanted to celebrate being happy too!

Bring some food snack, beverage of your choice, and try to bring a friend who wants to have a silly night of happiness. Negative ninnies will be sprayed with water pistols and silly string. If you must bring your negative thoughts, you will have to check them at the door and can pick them up on your way out (IF they are still there.)

We understand that “Intention Creates Outcome”. So, what if one million people from all over the planet celebrated happiness on the same day? What would be the impact in the world of such a strongly shared intention? We’re convinced that this will have a powerful, positive impact on the world.

There is PLENTY of parking in this new development RIGHT off of 540 in Lowell heading towards the airport on the left.

Besides bringing the food, drinks and a friend to the party, here are some things to practice on International Happiness Day:

  • Do 5 acts of kindness.
  • Think about the things for which you are grateful.
  • Tell your friends and family what you admire most about them.
  • Wave somebody to change lanes in front of you.
  • Smile at strangers!

There will be some announcements, give-a-ways, lots of positive people and…HAPPINESS!

See you there!
